Open enrollment ended on January 31st but if you experience a qualifying life event, such as a marriage, birth of a child, or loss of employer-sponsored health coverage, you may sign up for coverage within 60 days of the event in a special enrollment. Other special enrollment event may include misrepresentation by a navigator or certified counselor whereby you were not explained fully about the process and therefore you did not obtain health coverage.
